Julie and Jason were a quiet couple that I met with at Starbucks that ended up surprising me with a rowdy good time on their wedding day. There was beer all over the place, a limo broke down, and Jason ended up on a dirt bike at one point–needless to say, we had a little fun that day. Thanks for the great time, and congratulations you two!

Miller | Wedding

When Monica and Jordan (or should I say Jared) booked us, we had never even met them. In fact, we didn’t meet them until their wedding day (which was totally weird for us)! However, we really loved spending the day with them and their close friends and family. Michigan has so much beautiful scenery to offer for portraits and the fact that their reception was at Jordan’s parent’s house, made it so relaxed and carefree. It truly was a beautiful and fun day!
Congratulations again Jordan and Monica!

Being in Grand Rapids, Michigan for the new Mr. and Mrs. Miersma’s wedding was such a delight! Michelle and Rob’s wedding was the most severe mix of country and industrial-modern we have ever seen–and we loved it! Our jaws literally dropped when we saw their reception venue. It is so awesome to be able to see warm and natural colors in one set of photos and then by the end of the gallery, you’re looking at modern and industrial style photos. We hope to see you two again soon for more of your life’s milestones!

Meet Jenna and James–the new Mr. and Mrs. Garrett.
Jenna’s mother is a friend of Josh’s mother and we were so happy that we were asked to be a part of their big day. I have to say that this was definitely a new experience and style for us–but it was such a relaxed, fun, and entertaining group of people. Thanks for the fun guys!
