I have had the privilege of photographing the Ellis family for three years now. It’s been such a joy to watch their little ones grow. This family is so laid back and easy-going–it’s alway a great time when I get to photograph them (and they are very speedy, hehe). Seriously though, they are the nicest people! I hope to see you guys again soon!

Evans | Family

Meet the wonderful Evans family–some of the greatest friends! Nicole and I became friends by meeting at our first session over two years ago. We needed to update their family portraits because they added another little Evans to the bunch! We went with a very “fall-ish” vibe for this session and I think they turned out beautifully–although, that’s not hard to do when you have such a beautiful family.

Meinika | Family

The Meinika family and I got down right muddy for our session! We’ve had a lot of rain here in Fort Wayne lately, but I have never seen this spot so wet. They were awesome about it though–and Piper seemed to actually enjoy it! This session felt very “Where the Wild Things Are” to me. I love the earthy and organic colors and the fact that these are neutral and timeless photographs.

I have had the privilege of photographing the Spencer family for three years now. I just love this family–I mean, how can you not? Look at the adorable-ness! Leslie is the blog mom behind Dream Big Little One, which tell their story of raising their daughter with achondroplasia, otherwise known as dwarfism. Check out her blog to learn more and learn how to raise awareness. Anyways, this time around I was able to meet Leslie’s extended family and photograph them at her parent’s house at Big Long Lake. Talk about gorgeous scenery! I hope to see you guys again next year–much love!

The Hunt family has become near and dear friends of mine. A couple of other girlfriends and I actually met Jessica’s husband Darren at the park and from there, we connected with Jess. Come to find out, they lived right down the street from us in our awesome little neighborhood! We did a quick little family shoot while Darren’s oldest boys were in town for the weekend.

I just love getting to catch up with the Franco family–I mean come on, they’re gorgeous! We ventured to Lakeside Park for their chilly family session and we were lucky enough to still find some colorful leaves on the ground. I can’t wait to see your beautiful family again soon!

I’m probably not suppose to say this, but the Brita family is one of my absolute favorite families to photograph. The kids are so awesome and ridiculously hilarious–and also they are the exact family that I dream of: one sweet baby girl and like a million boys. Basically, I think they are a family of models because I don’t even have to tell them what to do! I can’t wait to see you guys again soon.
